the ground floor of st. mungos is dedicated to injuries resulting from artifact accidents, such as wands backfiring or broom crashes. baring this in mind it is understandable why this place is one of the busiest parts of the bullding, these injuries more common than many others.

a floor dedicated to the treatment of injuries inflicted by any sort of magical creature. be it a poisonous snake bite, or a mauling by an angry centaur. many people of importance have frequented this ward over the years, but now it is slightly less busy than it used to be as knowledge about the creatures in general is growing, meaning less accidents are occuring.

magical bug ailment? this is where you will end up, in a bed in these wards. from dragon pox to vanishing sickness this floor can deal with anything you might want to throw at it, but the potions they hand out aren't always the best tasting.

potion and plant poisoning. rashes, regurgitation and uncontrollable giggling are among some of the cases that have come through the doors and the medi-witches here are more than equiped to deal with most things. though certain problems still manage to baffle them.

this is where most serious cases end up, the injuries and miseries that are caused by spell damage. some being unreversible. oblivion charms that go wrong, or those destroyed by torture curses can be found here alongside people just suffering from a laughing charm... it's a little strange to visit this place as a whole.

this is a very muggle floor idea as far as it goes. it factors the visitors tea room and the shop, much like all the human hospitals that are out there. people can stay here for as long as they like sipping whatever drink they have bought and trying to forget they're in a hospital, but still it's not exactly relaxing.
